What is HRBIE?

HR Business Integration Expert (HRBIE) is a program designed to assist HR practitioners in overcoming the greatest challenge that the HR profession has faced. The business community has questioned HR professionals’ value addition to business, citing this as one of the reasons HR does not have a seat at the table. HRBIE provides a unique body of knowledge that enables HR professionals to effectively integrate with businesses and contribute to their success.

It's a master practitioner level program

During the accreditation process, the Asian Center
for Organizational Development classified this
program as Master Practitioner. The reason for
placing this at the Master practitioner level is that
this program covered topics ranging from the
boardroom to people with business experience.
This program equips an HR professional with the
skills needed to assist the Board of Directors in
effectively establishing vertically integrated
policies and practices. n

Program content

Introducing the Digital platform
for learning

Participants will be trained on how to use the
program’s modern collaborative tools.  They will include the latest collaborative tools and AI assisted tools. These will
improve the efficiency of learning among
participants, and participants will be able to use
these tools to improve the effectiveness of their role
in the workplace.

Paradigm shift on HRM

This unit debunks the role of human resources in
business. Participants will be given a clear
understanding of their role and the nature of their
business support.

Utilizing Full spectrum
knowledge continuum

This is a unique and proprietary Right X concept.
Participants will learn how to apply knowledge in
various paradigms of knowledge creation. This will
make it easier for HR professionals to innovate in
their field.

Innovation by HR professional

This specific unit will teach students how to use the
world’s knowledge to create inventions and put
them to use.

Understanding the rational and
saliences of business and
diversity of HR

The level of HR intervention required by various
businesses varies. Participants will investigate the
range of HR interventions, from startups to public
institutions. This will allow them to customize the
level of HR support required for firms.

The HR maturity model

HR maturity is another Right X-exclusive concept.
This framework provides an independent assessment
mechanism for a company’s HR practices.
Furthermore, this framework will provide a
measurement for the HR framework that will be
developed from the current level.
The role of management levels in HR Maturity, the
role of HR in making mature business systems,
developing HR management systems for firms,
catering for the owner’s philosophy on HR, policy
development, deploying policies through programs,
HR process management, HR practices and people,
and positioning HR audits within the maturity
framework will be discussed within the maturity
framework.

The HR practitioner will be able to identify where
their interventions are needed by modeling the
business operation. This unit will teach participants
how to effectively create an abstract model of their
business.

Strategic integration of HR with
the operation using integration calculators

This unit will teach participants how to integrate HR
professionals into businesses. Crossing the HR
boundary and entering other domains without
thoroughly learning their subject. Creating
calculators to determine the financial impact of HR
interventions.

Leading a digitalization project

This unit will give participants an overview of how to
take the lead in an IT project and make it a success.
